The hotel has lovely pool with warm water, great massage, delicious food, and helpful staff who gave us recommendations for activities. The hotel is clean and cozy, and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the rooms. The location is peaceful and perfect for relaxation, and we could easily reach the hotel by public transport or taxi.

We stayed in a small family-owned hotel that had a cozy pool and a nice restaurant. the rooms were designed well, some of them even with private balconies, but they lacked air conditioning. the bathrooms were modern and clean with efficient designs, but the beds were quite hard. the fresh Bulgarian breakfast was delicious and included fresh fruit, eggs, cold meats, and cheese. the owners were accommodating and friendly, offering their services to organize special celebrations like birthdays or massages. the hotel was situated in a perfect location near mountains and a town.
There were some problems with the weak Wi-Fi that didn't work efficiently every time.

This hotel was located in a great spot, close to the mountains and a nearby town. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and had great amenities, including a private balcony. The pool area was clean and well-maintained. The restaurant served delicious food with fresh and tasty dishes.
My stay at this hotel was not entirely satisfactory. The hotel’s heating system was not working properly, leaving us very cold during the night.

Spent New Year at a hotel in the Bulgarian mountains. the property was relatively small, which gave us an intimate feeling. There was a restaurant with a gorgeous pool. We loved the mountain-facing balconies. Breath-taking views, with activities that included breathtaking walks and hikes.
Sadly, the service was pretty average. the heater in the room didn't work.
